To assure we are able to offer the best products and customer service possible, sometimes items will ship separately from each other when there are multiple items on an order. We will provide detailed information throughout the ordering process as well as update customers with separate tracking numbers and product details via email after orders are placed.
Shipping and processing times may vary based on product, but we work hard to try and get products shipped out to customers as quickly as possible. Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days of ordering, but please allow up to 2 business days for processing and up to 5 business days for shipping.

Our goal is to be transparent and efficient with our process to establish a lasting connection with our customers and ensure the best customer service possible.


Any product that is damaged or incorrect upon arrival will be subject to review and will be approved at our discretion. If the return is approved, we will exchange the product at no cost to you or issue a full refund upon recieving the product.
Any unopened product can be returned within 14 days of the date in which you received it, so long as the product and packaging is undamaged and not tampered with.

We offer two refund method options:

1. In-store credit

  • Full refund in the form of Bliss CBD World’s Loyalty Rewards points equal to the dollar amount of the order being refunded,
    less a 10% processing/restocking fee, deducted from the points you receive for refund.
    Available to redeem on any product in our store. Points never expire. Learn more about our Loyalty Rewards here.
  • Customer pays shipping to send product back.

2. Directly back to card

  • Full refund back to the card used to purchase the item(s), less a 20% processing/restocking fee.
  • Customer pays shipping to send product back.
With either option, we will issue a refund only upon receiving the returned product(s) and verifying that it is unopened, undamaged and not tampered with, as we will not issue a refund for returned products in those conditions.


Rewards Points Earned On Items Being Returned

When an item is returned choosing either of the refund methods, any points you had earned from that specific purchase will be deducted back off of your current points balance once the return/refund is complete. In the event that you do not have enough points to deduct (if you used them on another order before returning a previous order), the dollar amount equal to the points earned from the returned product will be deducted from your refund amount.
